N.C.R. Biochemical has several solutions for wastewater's purifying plants:

• It optimises the biological process by using selective bio stimulators based on alginates and special integrators. They are used to modify biomasses, to reduce the sludge S.V.I. (more easily settled), to eliminate bulking phenomena, to increase biomasses production increasing starts' speed. Plus they are used to select more actives biomasses in plants that suffer from overcharged or poisoned sludge or sludge inhibited by substances contained in the liquid waste.
• It increases sludge dewatering or its settling and thickening, using polyacrilamides available under powder or emulsion form.
• It removes oils by using specific disemulsifing products with a rapid action also at low temperatures.
• It removes the colour by using very effective and specific decolouring polymers.
• It reduces foaming phenomena by means of specific antifoaming products, both silicon and non-silicon based, in emulsion or in oil form.
• It controls bad smells by means of a wide range of antismell products having a blocking or covering action or polyvalent antismells products with blocking-detergent-disinfecting action.
