Cooling circuits
The treatments we operate on cooling circuits, both completely closed or composed by a cooling tower and a steam condenser, adjust feed waters losses both raw or softened ones. Using our technology we obtain a perfect control of corrosive, scaling and biological phenomena, with the greatest respect for laws related to the waste waters discharge and water saving.
Our treatment are therefore used to avoid and control: SCALES AND DEPOSITS We can control mineral deposits by using specific crystallization inhibitors and dispersing agents. This can be done both in circuits with free pH value and in circuits where pH value is kept in a neutral or slightly alkaline range. CORROSIONS We block corrosion phenomena on iron, steel, copper and zinc and on their alloy by using specific organic inhibitors. This is obtained by operating in circuits fed by raw or softened water where the salts balance of waters and particular pollution (H2S, SO3 etc.) create a corrosive environment. ALGAE, FUNGI, YEASTS We control every type of microbiological growth and slime organic fouling on every type of circuit by using specific biocides, both oxidant and non-oxidant. We have specific products to fight the legionellas bacteria, in cooling towers, humidification circuits and sanitary waters. SAVING WATER We give the opportunity to our customers to economise a precious and ever more expensive resource as water is by using high technology products. These products allow high concentration cycles and the recycle of wastewaters for the cooling process. |
